BABY MASSAGE
Our workshops give an introduction to
baby massage supporting the emotional and social bond between parent and baby, alongside many others such as sleep, teething, congestion, digestion, constipation and colic. Touch is the most developed sense at birth, through massage you can communicate love, security and trust.

BABY REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a magical tool to help you support your little ones in the first stages of life. It stimulates relaxation, aids detoxification, boosts circulation and supports overall well being.

We always include sensory play as it helps babies to learn more about the world around them, supports language and development as they learn to respond to different stimuli.

WORKSHOPS
Our themed workshops are suitable for babies from birth to pre walking. They are relaxed, friendly and baby led, we follow their lead throughout class making sure they calm, warm and happy! There is always a creative craft to make special memories you can treasure forever alongside lots of music, singing and fun!
ABOUT ME
Hello! I'm Jo, the founder of The Happy Baby! I had the idea for The Happy Baby whilst on maternity leave in lockdown 2021.

Both my two boys, who are now eighteen months and four suffered with colic and have been pretty unsettled in the first few years of their lives, so I know just how tough it can be! I use massage and reflexology daily to help us through the early years.

I am passionate about using non toxic natural products for my family. I am a Tropic Skincare ambassador and a Doterra essential oil advocate and love to share my knowledge, so please ask if you want to know more.
